AWP2021 Thailand in Chiang Mai
AWP 2021 (ASEAN Water Platform 2021) Thailand, during 24-27 February 2021, Thammasat and Chiang Mai University students spent 4-day field trip in Chiang Khong, Chiang Rai province, a border town along Mekong River on Thailand-Laos border under the training sessions: Transboundary Water Management, and Road, Rail and Route: Regional Connectivity & Development convened by Dr. Chayan Vaddhanaphuti and Dr. Ruth Banomyong respectively. The field trip explored impact of hydropower development in upstream of the Mekong River in China towards to downstream countries.
