ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบทางกายและจิตใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการพิเศษ และ เจ้าหน้าที่ตระเวนระงับเหตุท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยใช้การสำรวจข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 191 คน ในช่วงปี พ.ศ.2564 โดยสังเคราะห์นโยบายและมาตรการของภาครัฐที่มีผลต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการพิเศษและเจ้าหน้าที่ตระเวนระงับเหตุ และประเมินผลระดับความเครียดและภาวะซึมเศร้าด้วยชุดคำถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ทำให้ภาระหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ฯ เพิ่มขึ้น ประกอบกับมีความเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อเพิ่มมากขึ้นแต่ไม่ได้รับการเยียวยาจากภาครัฐโดยตรง ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่ฯ เกิดภาวะความเครียดจากวิกฤตการณ์สาธารณสุขของประเทศ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่ยังมีระดับภาวะความเครียดและภาวะซึมเศร้าในเกณฑ์ปกติ มีเพียงส่วนน้อยที่มีมีภาวะซึมเศร้าจนคิดอยากฆ่าตัวตาย องค์กรควรมีกิจกรรมส่งเสริมภาวะทางอารมณ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ เช่น การจัดตั้งหน่วยให้คำปรึกษาปัญหาในภาวะวิกฤตเพื่อลดความเครียดของบุคลากรอันนำไปสู่ภาวะซึมเศร้าและการฆ่าตัวตาย เพื่อลดปัญหาภาวะซึมเศร้าที่มีผลต่อจิตใจของบุคลากร

The purpose of this study was to study the physical and psychological effects of Operation Center and Security patrol officers in Suvarnabhumi Airport, during the spread of the corona virus 2019. It was used a survey of data from a sample of 191 people in 2021. The synthesizing government policies that affect the roles and responsibilities of operation and security patrol officers, to assessing the level of stress and depression with a set of questions. The study found that the spread of the COVID-19 has increased the workload of officials, coupled with an increased risk of infection, but there is no direct remedy from the government. It made the officials stress of the country's public health crisis. But most of the officers still had normal levels of stress and depression. Only a small percentage of people are depressed to want to kill themselves. Therefore organizations should have activities to promote emotional well-being of staff, such as establishing crisis counseling units to reduce staff stress that leads to depression and suicide.
