The purpose of this research is to study the Factors Affecting the Decision Making of Operators of Food Delivery Service in Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province. In addition, This study uses a quantitative method to collect data from a questionnaire of 400 samples from food delivery service. The results showed that Food delivery services could work in accordance with the work processes and working agreements of the platform. In the situation of COVID-19, Food delivery platforms have greatly increased the safety measures of food delivery operators. In conclusion, the factors that affect the decision making of operators of food delivery services the most are 1) having independence in working; 2) the situation of COVID-19 resulting in the effect of unemployment; and 3) The number of hours that can be freely selected. In terms of opinions on government policies affecting labor welfare. It was found that the government should support grouping or unions of food delivery operators to support more fairness. The government's measure the Co-Payment Program with the use of services through the platform has increased the number of food delivery cycles. In contrast, platform companies have been hit with unfairly fined rounds by food delivery operators. They also want the government to initiate a food delivery service platform as an additional option. Because if the government initiative, it may get more fair welfare and if it is used in conjunction with the economic recovery policy using the government's fiscal policy. This should result in the overall economy and the consumption rate increasing.
